Rice Color Sorter Machine Introduction
When color sorter is working, feed hopper in the materials under
the action of vibrator is uniform distribution in each chute. The
CCD signal while the materials are dropping is in testing. If it is
found that there are unqualified materials or impurities in the
materials, the ejector will blow the defective goods in the hopper.

It can realize the visual dynamic image capture system by adopting
the high resolution full color CCD sensor and begeye low distortion
lens.
Inlelligent LED Light Control System
It can adjust the brightness of the LED automatically according to
the material sorting requirements and enviroment changing due to
advanced digital stepless automatic LED light adjustment
technology. The best sorting performance will be achieved.
